Aether is an independent app built by one person — and that person actually reads every message. The fastest way to get help is email:
- Report a bug — aether@zmrhal.cz with a short description and, if possible, the diagnostics report from Settings → Support → Send Diagnostics.
- Request a feature — aether@zmrhal.cz. Tell me what you're trying to do, not just what button you miss.

- Which platforms are supported?iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro. A macOS app is on the roadmap.
- How do I connect a server?Settings → Add Source. Plex signs in with a PIN, Jellyfin with Quick Connect or server address + credentials.
- Does Aether work offline? Yes — download any title and it plays with no connection at all, MKV and AVI included.
- Where is my data stored? On your device and your own servers. Aether runs no servers and collects nothing — see the Privacy Policy.
- Vision Pro Cinema doesn't start?Make sure the app has permission for immersive spaces and that another immersive app isn't already running. If it persists, send diagnostics.
Beta builds
Aether is currently distributed through TestFlight. Beta builds may be rough around the edges — that's the point. Bug reports from beta users shape every release.
